All Birth Choice locations are nonprofit medical clinics and all our services are free and confidential. We strive to show the love of Christ and share the gospel with each client who walks through our doors.
We provide, free of charge:
- Pregnancy tests
- Ultrasound
- Help applying for TennCare
- Early prenatal care for clients who qualify
- Options counseling
- Accurate and up-to-date information on abortion procedures and risks, STIs/STDs, and pregnancy
- Referrals to resources such as adoption, WIC, etc.
- “Earn while you learn” parenting program with a material resource component
- Fatherhood program
- New Beginnings: after-abortion healing program
- Abstinence education for schools and youth groups
We do not perform or refer for abortions. All our services are life-affirming and grounded in Biblical truth.
Ultrasound and Pregnancy Testing
All Birth Choice clinics offer ultrasounds to our clients who receive positive pregnancy tests. Ultrasound is performed by trained, qualified medical personnel. Often these women are in the midst of a difficult situation and are considering abortion. Ultrasound is one of the greatest tools God has given the pro-life movement. Seeing the miracle of life in their womb by witnessing the tiny, beating heart and the active baby on the screen has a profound effect on the mother. Read our latest clinic statistics here.
E.S.T.H.E.R Parenting Program
“Establishing Spiritual Truths Helps to Encourage Responsibility”
Our free parenting classes teach women about pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, and making good life and relationship choices. Most importantly, they learn about Scripture and God’s love and design for families. By participating, moms earn “mommy money” that they can “spend” on items in our boutique like baby clothes, diapers, formula, baby beds, car seats, and much, much more. All these resources are donated from the community!
Fatherhood and Men's Mentoring Program
In a society that does not value the role of fathers, these men are encouraged to take responsibility for their families, embrace the role of fatherhood, and become authentic men as God designed. By participating they can also earn “daddy dollars” to spend on needed baby items in our boutique.

Abstinence Education
The Real Talk Program is a fact-based sexual purity program presented live to middle and high school students that covers STIs/STDs and how abstinence is the best way to prevent unplanned pregnancy. The Stone Covenant Program is presented to church youth groups and has a spiritual emphasis. These are not sex education classes as Birth Choice promotes sexual purity before marriage. The program empowers youth with the knowledge and tools needed to make the best relationship choices with the opposite sex.
